Job Title: IT Infrastructure Security Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to client sites)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Security Engineer to join our team at Pearson Carter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the security of our clients' IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud-based systems.
  • Design and implement secure network architectures and configurations.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure the secure deployment of applications and services.
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in IT infrastructure security, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud security.
  • Proficient in network security protocols and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations, including NIST and ISO 27001.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
