About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious, diverse, and dynamic Investment Banking Sales Team at Sublime Resourcing. The team is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships with corporate clients for our Treasury Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and convert clients seeking Treasury Solutions, including FX, Interest Rate, and Inflation Hedging Strategies.
  • Introduce clients to other areas of the bank, such as Lending and Fund Solutions.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure a superb Treasury experience and loyalty.
  • Acquire new business to meet set targets for FX & MM.
Requirements
  • Proven Financial Sales experience (5 years+).
  • A proactive and energetic personality.
  • The enthusiasm to develop meaningful client relationships.
  • Ability to tailor conversation and value proposition to the company's relevant industry, business contact, and decision maker.
  • Understanding of the bank's value proposition and ability to handle objections.
