The Role:

The ION Group commercial team is a global group of experienced sales professionals who collaborate closely with all areas of the organization in a team-selling environment.

Sales professionals are responsible for generating revenue through establishing contact with businesses in ION Group's target sectors, identifying their needs in treasury and/or commodity management, and positioning solutions and their associated value proposition.

  • Identify prospects within ION Group's addressable market and establish their need for treasury and/or commodity risk management solutions.
  • Rigorously track all interactions in Salesforce.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Required

  • Proven track record with 5+ years experience in selling complex treasury software solutions.
  • Consultative, creative, problem-solving approach.
  • Passion for excellence, high-quality materials, and professionalism.
  • Strong skills in organization and planning.
  • Willing to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Experience and network in Nordics and/or Middle East // Americas.
