- Oversee and manage fire stopping contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety across all fire stopping installations, coordinating with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance and financial status, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful delivery of fire stopping contracts, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fire stopping and passive fire protection, with a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple contracts and delivering results-driven projects.
