As our new Director, you will be responsible for driving exciting new development sites that have attracted significant GLA funding.

You will join a highly supportive departmental and corporate leadership team and work closely with our inspiring Lead Member for Housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the housing development strategy and implementation.
  • Oversee the delivery of new affordable homes.

We have a new five-year housing strategy in place and are ready to deliver at pace. Our growing population requires additional homes, and we are determined to grow our supply of new homes to meet the diverse needs of our local communities.

We now have the financial stability and capacity to turn our attention to developing new, affordable homes directly and with partners.

You will be responsible for gripping and driving our exciting new development sites, working closely with our inspiring Lead Member for Housing and the highly supportive departmental and corporate leadership team.
