We are in search of a well-organized, enthusiastic, and committed individual to become a part of our friendly, award-winning team as a Resident Admission Specialist.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Resident Admission Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Administrator by initiating discussions with inquiries and coordinating all tours with the Customer Service Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming individuals courteously and professionally, whether in person or via telephone.
  • Overseeing the tour process and training the staff team to meet the expected standards.

This list is not exhaustive, and additional tasks may be assigned that align with the skills and experience required for this role.

To excel in this position, you must embody our values of care, support, honesty, respect, and accountability in all your actions.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience in a prior administrative position, with a preference for sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone demeanor.
  • Excellent customer relationship abilities.
  • The capability to prioritize and manage your workload effectively.
