- Program Vision: Establish and/or drive program vision and objectives; ensure program objectives are met or exceeded; present program vision and gain buy-in from executive sponsors and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Documentation: Develop and/or drive the development of documentation that defines solution scope, solution design, task-level deliverables, milestones, and management processes to ensure stakeholder accountability.
