Business Change Readiness BA/PM - Banking - London

twentyAI is working with a Global Investment Bank to find a Business Readiness Change Lead to join their regulatory function. This hybrid BA/PM role will drive the front-to-back business readiness for the expansion of business lines into new legal entities in response to CRDVI Article 21c. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders internationally and take ownership of the protocol for business readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an execution plan for key regulatory initiatives to help set up an additional line of business.
  • Manage the execution of the plan, working effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Understand project impacts and support line of business leads in analysis and decision-making.
  • Ensure all changes are embedded into the business.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve sign-off and approvals.

Requirements:

  • Banking experience managing complex projects as a BA/PM.
  • Experience relating to Brexit, MIFID, or similar regulatory projects essential.
  • Experience managing new business or new product governance approval.
  • Previous exposure managing change for lines of business engaged in loans is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience developing and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps.
