About the Role:
Holistic Community Care is seeking a highly organized and experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Domiciliary Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating care services for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that our careworkers are allocated effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage rotas and allocate hours to careworkers
- Liaise with social services and next-of-kin of service users
- Participate in the paid on-call rota
- Use IT systems to coordinate care services (full training will be provided)
Requirements:
- Previous experience of domiciliary care coordinating
- NVQ/Diploma Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Intermediate level or above Microsoft Office skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and a joy to work with
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Proactive approach
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and take direction
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability
Benefits:
- Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
