We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Manager to join our team at Infinity Quest UK. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support in the network operation center environment.
- Experience in risk and issue management.
- Experience working in SLA-controlled ITIL environment.
- Good knowledge of BAU operations processes.
- Strong MS Office skills including MS Project.
- Proficient in project planning and resource coordination.
- Skilled in delivery within time and budget and within quality standards.
- Responsible to adhere with customer policies and process.
- Stay current and follow Cyber Security Compliance policies processes and strategies.
- Customer facing skills and ability to discuss technical requirements.
- Support the program manager in KPI metrics collection and reporting.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- IT customer experience communicating across multiple stakeholder levels including IT End users Suppliers & IT leadership.
Desired Qualifications:
- ITIL certified and Prince2.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
