Your responsibilities will be diverse and dynamic, ensuring that no two days are alike. Key duties include:

  • Overseeing the operational activities and development of the service.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on achieving Peak15's mission, values, and strategic goals.
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and continuous improvement within the service.
  • Managing the service within the established budgetary constraints.
  • Handling all aspects of staff management, including recruitment, performance evaluation, training, and team meetings.
  • Collaborating with Head Office support teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to exceed government legislation and CQC compliance standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Essential: NVQ Level 4 or higher in Health and Social Care.
  • Essential: Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Desirable: Previous registration as a Service Manager with the CQC.
