About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Communications Associate to join our team at Real Chemistry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Task Management: Assign and prioritize tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines.
  • Logistics and Administration: Manage meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and other logistical aspects of projects.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and minutes of meetings.
  • Financial Management: Track and manage project expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and client budgets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain a positive team dynamic.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and company policies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant degree in a scientific subject, such as biology, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in medical communications, project management, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
