About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Copywriter to join our team at Medical Talent. As a key member of our healthcare advertising agency, you will be responsible for leading the development of creative promotional materials for a wide range of therapy areas, including oncology, rare diseases, aesthetics, immunology, and dermatology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective creative strategies to engage target audiences and drive business results.
  • Lead a team of medical writers and copywriters to produce high-quality promotional materials, including print and digital advertising, sales aids, and educational content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, medical affairs, and creative services, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulatory requirements, and scientific developments to ensure that all promotional materials are accurate, compliant, and effective.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in healthcare advertising, with a proven track record of developing successful promotional campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of medical writers and copywriters.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance and accuracy in all promotional materials.
