Sales Support Role at Universal Business Team

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team at Universal Business Team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support across various departments, including logistics, purchasing, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and send quotes to potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support Business Development Managers in their daily tasks and activities.
  • Manage and maintain the contact database, ensuring accurate records and up-to-date information.
  • Follow up on quotes and leads, ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform basic telemarketing tasks, including making calls and sending emails to potential clients.
  • Manage and organize the sales team's email inbox, ensuring efficient communication and response times.
Requirements:
  • Hardworking and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in IT and comfortable with various systems, including CRM software and email management tools.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Net profit-based bonus scheme, providing opportunities for additional earnings.
  • Monday to Friday working hours, with flexible start and end times.
