Job Summary:
The core responsibility of the Audit Manager will be to execute and deliver audits whilst supporting the Head of Audit with the audit planning process and building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and deliver audits in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Support the Head of Audit in the audit planning process, ensuring that all audits are properly scoped and resourced.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and audit committee members.
- Perform QA assessment of internal audit workpapers and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain strong asset management related product knowledge, including Unit Trusts, VCCs, ICVCs, and OEICs.
Requirements:
- Professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIA etc)
- Strong asset management related product knowledge (e.g. Unit Trust/VCC/ICVC/OEIC)
- Experience working as an Internal Audit Manager within the Asset Management industry
- Ability to work in a collegiate team environment
