**Key Responsibilities:**

As our new Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing SHEA awareness and behaviours across all areas of the business. You will act as an ambassador for our company's safety strategy, providing a direct link between our safety objectives and delivery outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Support operational teams in developing safety behaviours consistent with our safety strategy.
  • Facilitate open communications across the alliance to ensure a safety-driven culture is installed.
  • Conduct site inspections and assurance visits to ensure compliance with alliance and legal requirements.
  • Deliver a range of training and awareness programmes to increase employee confidence and capabilities.
  • Develop and support measures to evaluate the impact of the programme and its contribution to the growth of the alliance.
  • Participate in pan-alliance forums to share best practice and implement innovative safety initiatives.

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this key position, you will hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and a Technical grade membership of IOSH. You will possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to gain the trust and respect of colleagues at all levels of the organisation. A full clean UK driving licence is required for site visits.
