Primary Objective

The Store Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting store leadership by fostering a customer-centric atmosphere on the sales floor through outstanding supervision. As a vital team member, you will contribute to enhancing store efficiency and profitability by facilitating team cohesion, staff training, and ensuring adherence to all Tapestry standards.

We seek a remarkable Supervisor who exemplifies leadership, sets a positive tone on the sales floor, and provides constructive feedback to the store team to surpass Tapestry Service standards. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to:

  • Foster a dynamic, sales-driven, and service-oriented environment;

  • Proactively address developmental needs;

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a retail service setting in a managerial capacity;

  • Flexibility to work varied hours to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
