At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Executive to join our team in Crawley. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and advice to clients on our premium range of luxury hardware for doors, windows, lighting, electrical, stairs, signage, trims, fittings, bathrooms, and showers.
- Deal with incoming enquiries from building contractors, interior designers, and architects, primarily through email and phone.
- Liaise with our sales and operations departments to provide updates to clients and raise orders and quotes for the sales team.
