Maintenance Supervisor

At Renewi, we are committed to creating a circular economy and driving innovation in our operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Sowerby Woods, Cumbria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of site-based engineers, driving a safety-first mentality, and controlling and managing all maintenance aspects to ensure total plant reliability by reducing downtime.
This role will also involve identifying requirements for critical and other stocked spare parts, ensuring proper use of stock systems, and maintaining the integrity of stock management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience working in a production environment, fault finding, and diagnostics. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, a high energy and positive attitude, and a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
