Key Responsibilities

  • Work with residents to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent services and meet resident needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, keeping them informed and engaged
  • Travel to our homes to meet with residents and gather feedback
  • Contribute to the development of resident-focused initiatives and projects

Requirements

  • Positive and resilient approach, with the confidence to challenge where performance is not up to standard
