This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to make a real difference to our residents and the organization as a whole. You will have the unique opportunity to understand and shape the business inside out, working closely with residents to improve services and keep them happy in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with residents to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent services and meet resident needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, keeping them informed and engaged
- Travel to our homes to meet with residents and gather feedback
- Contribute to the development of resident-focused initiatives and projects
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for delivering great customer service
- Positive and resilient approach, with the confidence to challenge where performance is not up to standard
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
