Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing large-scale marketing events that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute flagship carrier and partner events, ensuring alignment with Amazon's sustainability goals and announcements.
- Define event themes and programs in line with business objectives, project managing the development of speaker sessions and content creation.
- Own and manage all aspects of content for events, including speaker selection, session development, and post-event amplification strategies.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing & Program teams, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution of flagship events.
- Manage vendor-funding collaborations during events to optimize funding allocation and maximize value for both partners and Amazon.
- Orchestrate comprehensive marketing strategies for events, encompassing pre-event, at-event, and post-event phases.
- Own financial planning and reporting for event performance, providing insights to inform future event strategies and optimizations.
- Conduct post-event reporting and analysis to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans.
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience in marketing or marketing research.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership.
- Experience in event management, including the organization and execution of large-scale events.
