BMSL Group Ltd is looking for a skilled Nuclear Project Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team for a significant nuclear energy initiative.


Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will oversee all compliance and permitting operations, ensuring that all essential licenses and authorizations are secured and upheld throughout the project duration.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the compliance process for the nuclear energy initiative, guaranteeing adherence to all regulatory standards.
  • Draft and submit compliance applications to appropriate authorities and organizations.
  • Track the progress of compliance applications and engage with regulatory entities to facilitate prompt approvals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive compliance tracking system to ensure timely renewals and adherence to all stipulations.
  • Collaborate with project leaders, engineers, and other parties to ensure all compliance requirements are incorporated into project strategies and execution.
  • Conduct routine audits and evaluations to verify compliance with regulatory conditions.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to project teams regarding regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on compliance activities and progress to project leadership.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulatory frameworks and industry best practices concerning compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs, ideally within the nuclear or energy sector.
  • Profound understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes related to nuclear energy initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in liaising with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
