**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance and repair program for the nuclear energy project.
- Oversee and manage all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Plan and schedule regular maintenance tasks to prevent unplanned downtime and ensure optimal performance of plant equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, implementing effective repair solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Ensure the availability of critical spare parts and manage inventory effectively.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Liaise with other departments, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless operations and compliance with all standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance and repair management, preferably within the nuclear or energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles, practices, and tools.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of nuclear safety regulations and industry standards is highly desirable.
- Professional certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) is a plus.
