This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays. Flexibility in working hours is essential to meet the operational needs.
Typical Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
- Support the maintenance team in ensuring the upkeep of facilities and guest accommodations.
- Address maintenance requests from guests promptly.
- Participate in renovation projects and assist with scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Complete necessary documentation related to repairs and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the grounds team to uphold the high standards of our properties.
- Assist with landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and weeding.
- Ensure all areas are clean and free from debris.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in maintenance or groundskeeping is beneficial. A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills are essential. A valid driving license is required for operating site vehicles.
