As a General Manager Designate, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant professionals and driving business growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of restaurant professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations and increase efficiency
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
