Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train new employees to meet the needs of the restaurant.
  • Ensure the restaurant is staffed at the correct levels each day, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Support employee performance and development, encouraging team members to reach their full potential.
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints, providing a positive experience for all guests.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Team management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A proactive self-starter, with good judgment and minimal direction.
