General Manager Designate Opportunity

Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a General Manager Designate.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of restaurant professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Take ownership of restaurant financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the restaurant remains competitive and innovative.
