Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our network infrastructure, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain our network infrastructure, including fiber optic cables and equipment
- Repair and troubleshoot technical issues with our network and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers
- Work collaboratively with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and follow company standard procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
- Ability to work at heights and outside in all weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and technical equipment
