Empowering Individuals with Complex Needs
At Eden Futures, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enduring mental ill health, autism, and other complex needs. We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team as a Support Worker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support
- Participating in comprehensive induction and training programs to develop skills and knowledge
- Supporting individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations
