Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Primary School Teacher

Full-time Hours – (Monday to Friday)

Pay: £120 - £140 per day

Location: East Lancashire

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team of educational professionals. As a dedicated Primary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a Qualified Primary School Teacher with experience in Primary Schools, specifically in Key Stage 1.
  • Be hard-working, organised and committed to raising standards.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment and experience.
  • Have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum, in order to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
  • Set high expectations to enable children to achieve.
  • Manage Teaching Assistants effectively.
  • Use assessment strategies effectively and report to parents and SLT.
  • Immerse yourself into the school, promoting their ethos and building relationships with children, staff and families.
  • Have an enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Have an excellent understanding of Safeguarding practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification.
  • Have experience working in a Primary School environment.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.
