About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our Responsive Maintenance division at Wates Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake repair and renewal works to plumbing installations, utilizing your multi-trade experience and industry-accepted Health and Safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to complete complex orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Utilize PDA to receive instructions and feedback electronically on works undertaken or to be undertaken.
  • Liaise with Supervisors/schedulers in a timely manner to ensure works are programmed efficiently.
  • Afford excellent customer service to residents, clients, and colleagues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a full UK driving licence and be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem-solve, multitask, and work to tight deadlines.
