Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
  • Engage in strategic planning to prioritize technology needs.
  • Drive proactive service management, technology simplification, and cost focus in collaboration with the CIO and business.
  • Understand the business, its needs, workflows, and structure to synthesize business requirements into user stories for the IT roadmap.
  • Support the delivery of business IT portfolio by partnering with IT Project Managers to manage and communicate with key business stakeholders and remove blockers.
  • Ensure projects and products delivered by Group IT meet strategic and operational objectives of the business and align with the IT strategy.
