Position: Marketing Executive

As a vital member of our Marketing team, the Marketing Executive will contribute significantly to the planning and execution of our corporate marketing initiatives and localized promotional activities. This role will focus on creating dynamic and engaging social media content, effectively embodying our brand ethos of being 'The Pet People'.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of our extensive store opening and refurbishment campaigns, collaborating with media partners to design captivating promotional strategies across various platforms.
  • Coordinate with retail operations and our internal creative team to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Develop and execute content from conception to launch, working closely with key stakeholders to align with our overarching customer engagement plan.
  • Oversee the production of all visual content, providing support for localized events to enhance our community outreach.
  • Lead our influencer engagement program, fostering relationships with influencers to amplify Jollyes' social media strategy.
  • Encourage user-generated content and facilitate seamless content integration across multiple channels.
  • Contribute to the development of PR campaigns that distinguish Jollyes in the marketplace, generating innovative ideas and executing engaging initiatives aligned with our customer calendar.
  • Measure success through social media metrics, engagement rates, and the achievement of key performance indicators related to sales and foot traffic for new and refurbished stores.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced retail marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to target audiences effectively through digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong analytical and planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Willingness to visit store locations and collaborate with teams and suppliers to foster strong relationships.
