Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As an Insurance Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development within our insurance brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand our services.
  • New Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to attract new clients and grow our market share.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring a deep understanding of our insurance products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a business development or account management role within an insurance brokerage.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications, such as the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) certifications, are highly desirable.
