In this role, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be tasked with delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse portfolio of key clients.

This includes managing initial customer inquiries, preparing quotations and tenders, processing orders, and overseeing the product development process to ensure timely delivery to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales and tendering team to ensure customer inquiries are addressed professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients—both in-person and remotely—to keep them informed about order status and address their requests.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure a seamless transition of new orders, provide regular updates on progress, and ensure successful order completion, including managing any post-order issues.
  • Work with the supply chain to ensure that orders remain on schedule.
  • Aid in identifying potential new suppliers and conducting audits of existing ones.
  • Support the business in identifying new clients and contribute to the associated sales efforts.
  • Ensure all client site visits are conducted professionally and coordinate with the manufacturing team as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the management team to support other business priorities as they arise.
  • Contribute to ensuring that our media platforms reflect the correct branding and showcase the latest news and successes to promote our brand effectively.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve collective results.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Client Relationship Manager or Customer Service Coordinator role, preferably within sectors such as Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, Precision Engineering, or Heavy Manufacturing.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 7 am to 1 pm.
