Job Title: AWS Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AWS Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gas distribution network, including the management of customer complaints and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer complaints and enquiries to completion
  • Support PC&S in managing customer complaints and enquiries
  • Perform site painting and repairs, including fencing, doors, dry-stone walls, and minor kiosks
  • Support the national gas emergency service freephone line on behalf of the whole gas industry

  • Basic Salary of £26,935 whilst in training, increasing to £37,765 when fully qualified
