About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Support Associate to join our Academy team at Digital Futures Careers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative duties and streamlining processes within our Digital Futures Academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage learner data and progression throughout the Digital Futures Academy.
  • Collate data from various sources and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage learner profiles on our proprietary technology platform, DFX.
  • Update the Learning Management System to collect feedback, assignments, and assessment data from learners.
  • Assist instructors in managing and tracking student learning progress.
  • Generate reports on student performance and progress for instructors and administration.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with students.
  • Monitor student attendance and engagement, flagging any issues for instructors.
  • Help coordinate and organize instructional materials and resources.
  • Support instructors in preparing for classes and assessments.
  • Assist in the coordination of student feedback and evaluation processes.
Requirements and Skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to learn and work with Moodle Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with instructors and students.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
