We are a leading player in the UK fresh prepared food sector, providing a diverse range of products to major grocery retailers.

Role Description:

We are embarking on a significant initiative to transition our existing ERP systems to SAP S4/Hana over the next few years. To facilitate this transition, we are seeking two contract Solutions Architects to join our Group IT Business Systems team for a 6-month engagement.

The first Solutions Architect will focus on integrations and application development, while the second will bring a broader range of solutions architecture experience.

We are looking for seasoned Solutions Architects who can offer expert consultancy, lead design initiatives, and create solutions that align with our architectural vision. Reporting to the Enterprise Architecture team and the Head of Business Systems, you will ensure that business needs are met in accordance with established standards and best practices. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing high-level designs and concept proposals
  • Preparing investment proposals for review by leadership
  • Collaborating with IT colleagues and engaging with business stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in solutions architecture, particularly within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) context. Proficiency in AIS, SAP S4/Hana, or similar ERP systems is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality are essential.

This role involves interaction with various stakeholders, including system integrators and service partners, requiring the ability to navigate conflicting priorities effectively.
