About the Role:
The Netteam tX team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to our sales team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Log customer issues on our CRM platform, maintaining accurate records and ensuring key details are recorded
- Prepare and review sales contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Liaise with internal teams to support projects and resolve queries, promoting effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
- An interest in IT is desirable, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
