About the Role:

The Netteam tX team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to our sales team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Log customer issues on our CRM platform, maintaining accurate records and ensuring key details are recorded
  • Prepare and review sales contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
