**Mission and Ministry Overview**

The Church of England is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Vicar to lead the United Benefice of Wawne and Sutton Park in its mission and ministry. As a key member of the Hull Deanery team, the successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the benefice in its efforts to deepen its discipleship, influence, and numbers, while also transforming its finances and structures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the benefice in its mission and ministry, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose among its members.
  • Provide pastoral care and support to the congregation, empowering them to deepen their faith and live out their discipleship.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within the benefice, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Hull Deanery team to achieve the diocese's goals and objectives.
  • Participate in the life of the benefice, engaging with its members and contributing to its decision-making processes.
