Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to residents, developing and implementing individualised support plans
- Assist residents with daily living skills, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Support residents in developing coping strategies and learning new skills
- Encourage resident participation in activities and promote social inclusion
- Work collaboratively with the staff team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience of caring or supporting individuals with mental health issues
