Marks Sattin Executive Search is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed financial services company that has undergone rapid expansion. This business is seeking a seasoned Finance Director to join their executive team and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee finance and operations, implementing necessary controls, processes, and procedures to professionalize the business.
- Drive efforts to enhance reporting, controllership, and data management, ensuring accurate and insightful management information is available to inform strategic and business decisions.
- Manage financial covenants, ensuring compliance with all debt agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Lead in structuring and negotiating financial transactions, optimizing the business's capital structure to support its ambitious growth plans.
Requirements
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), ideally Chartered.
- Experience as a Divisional Finance Director, Head of Finance, or Financial Controller with hands-on experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Previous experience in a PE-backed or leveraged environment is desirable, but not essential.
- A background in a regulated business, preferably a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) business.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
