About the Role:
Avery Healthcare is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional clinical care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring high standards of care while also supporting the Home Manager by mentoring and guiding care teams. Your efforts will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold high standards of care through thorough assessment, planning, and evaluation of care plans, ensuring that residents' needs are consistently met.
  • Effectively manage and supervise the care team, ensuring all duties are completed and residents receive the necessary support.
  • Perform nursing tasks such as medication administration, wound care, catheter management, tube feeding, and chronic condition management.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff, particularly in the onboarding and mentoring of new team members.
  • Collaborate with health and social care professionals to maintain a holistic approach to resident care.
  • Communicate with families and GPs regarding any changes in residents' conditions, ensuring they are informed and involved in care decisions.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

Work Schedule:
Both day and night shifts are available.
