About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Compass Group Ireland. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality food that exceeds our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs in the preparation and presentation of food
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes
  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a senior chef or equivalent
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high standards
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
