About the Role
We are seeking an experienced R&D Engineering Manager to join our team at Terumo BCT. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new engineering projects, ensuring they meet the company's quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engineering projects align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering high-quality projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
