About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Hartlepool Power Station. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with line managers and stakeholders to provide support and guidance on people management, talent development, and organisational design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide HR generalist support, including performance management, reward management, and talent development.
  • Execute organisational design plans, ensuring they are aligned with business priorities and key stakeholders are informed.
  • Maintain and develop resourcing requirements for Hartlepool Power Station, identifying and delivering talent and succession mapping.
  • Work with the Recruitment team to ensure effective resourcing processes are in place.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a progressive HR environment, with a focus on people management and unionised settings.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to apply HR best practice in a pragmatic and effective manner.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to coach line managers and influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
