FreshMinds, a boutique management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Children's Services PMO Consultant to support their senior leaders with complex urban regeneration projects and organisational change programmes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in child services, exceptional emotional intelligence, and a strong understanding of sensitivities working on programmes directed at children.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the management of multiple workstreams as part of their regeneration projects
  • Liaising with various team members within the business, managing timelines, reporting, KPIs, etc.
  • Working closely with and managing relationships with various internal stakeholders ranging in seniority

Requirements:

  • Relevant public sector experience/exposure, especially working with local government/councils
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Operating model design experience in a public sector setting is desirable
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Benefits:

  • Daily rate: Up to £250 PAYE dependent upon experience
  • Hybrid working arrangement: 1 day/week at the Cheshire East Office, otherwise remote work
