As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our contractors. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to contractors and internal teams
* Ensuring all onboarding requirements are met for contractors before starting their assignment
* Auditing and administering provided documents to ensure compliance with internal policies
* Attending regular training sessions on compliance matters and legislation
* Updating contractor onboarding status to Sales partners and online portal
* Entering and validating data for all information entered into key systems

You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with internal and external partners, and to advise consultants and contractors on policies and compliance matters. If you have a strong understanding of onboarding and screening processes, visa requirements, and recruitment laws, and have experience working with Microsoft and Oracle packages, we encourage you to apply.
