Retail Operations Associate

Role Overview

The holiday season at Boots is our most vibrant time of the year, and it can be quite bustling. We will equip you with all the necessary training and support to help you excel.

You will be working on-site, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities may include managing our back shop, overseeing the stock room, or preparing orders by selecting items from the shelves. Additionally, you may: Process and prepare online customer orders with precision using a handheld device Gather the necessary information and locate items for packing and dispatching online orders Assist in the daily operational tasks of the store Collaborate with the team to resolve any challenges Required Skills

Comprehensive training will be provided for this role, and we are looking for individuals who: Enjoy adhering to processes and working efficiently Thrive in a dynamic environment Value teamwork and foster a collaborative atmosphere Communicate and listen effectively Are eager to learn and utilize new technology, including handheld devices for processing online orders Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service is advantageous, though not mandatory.
