Backend Software Engineer / Developer (C++ Linux)

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer / Developer with expertise in C++ and Linux to join our team at Client Server. As a key member of our development team, you will design, develop, and optimize low latency, high throughput C++ trading systems for high frequency trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain market data feed handlers, order entry systems, and execution algorithms with a focus on reducing latency and ensuring the performance and reliability of trading systems.
  • Collaborate with a highly talented team to solve complex technical challenges and push the boundaries of what is possible.
  • Work on Greenfield systems and have the opportunity to continually learn and develop your skills.

Requirements:

  • Advanced C++ development skills, including C++ 17, multi-threading, real-time systems, and network programming.
  • Experience working on low latency trading systems within the cryptocurrency space.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux OS and distributed network architecture.
  • Good understanding of C++ optimization and Template Metaprogramming.
  • Thorough knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, such as OOP, Design Patterns, and Data Structures.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
